- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Pacific States Marine Commission for the office of National Marine Fisheries Service located in Juneau, Alaska. Purpose of proposed contract is for services assimilating salmon biological data from Ocean Carrying Capacity (OCC) Eastern Bering Sea Surveys. Project is for development of salmon growth and condition indices for juvenile salmon collected throughout the Eastern Bering Sea. Contractor will work with other research scientist within NOAA and OCC program to place all data collected into a common format. Pacific States Marine Commission's experience with the commercial fisheries of the Pacific Northwest and Bering Sea make them uniquely qualified to oversee the project. This notice may represent the only official notice. Requests for solicitation will not be honored. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.
