- Description
- The purpose of this announcement modification is to release the Department of the Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration solicitation Cost Comparison Study for the National Logistics Support Center (NLSC)facility located in Kansas City, Missouri. Offeror's shall comply with the instructions/procedures in the solicitation. The services, which are currently provided by Government personnel, were announced for Commercial Activity Cost Comparison Study in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76. To ensure a response is received to all requests, the request must cite the solicitation number DG1330-03-RP-0014 and provide the requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. Only electronic copies of the solicitation and amendments will be provided.
