- The Rural Development (RD) has a requirement for data conversion services and intend to award a contract with a base year and 4 option years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation to pickup and convert source documents to magnetic tapes and deliver ro RD's facilities within specified timeframes. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small business and falls under NAICS code 514210. Samples of source documents will be provided on written request after solicitation has posted.
