- Description
- The U.S. Secret Service, Administrative Operations Division has a requirement for mail processing and package delivery; supply and warehousing; printing and copier support; conference center; and administrative support services. The Government intends to award a Performance Based Award-Term incentive contract as a Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance shall include a base period with four-one year Award Terms based upon exceptional performance. The Government will conduct a site visit on Wednesday, August 20, 2003, 10:00 a.m., at the U.S. Secret Service Headquarters facility, 950 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20223. Contractors shall request SSF 3237, Contractor Personnel Access Form, via email from llangham@usss.treas.gov and submit completed SSF 3237 for each representative by close of business Friday, August 15, 2003. No more than two representatives per company. Access will not be allowed without a completed form. Completed SSF 3237 are to be faxed to Lachon Langham, (202) 406-6801. All contractor employees working under the proposed contract must be U.S. Citizens. To receive a solicitation, interested contractors must submit a written request to llangham@usss.treas.gov or fax request may be submitted to (202) 406-6801 or (240) 624-3880. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 4, 2003. Telephone requests will not be honored. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
