- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), F38601-03-QS184. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423110. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification – Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, tax identification number, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer. In addition, the following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, (Price and delivery [FOB destination is desired], in order of importance); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status of Executive Orders – Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for award. This procurement is for All-terrain vehicles, quantity 8. Basic Specifications: Polaris Atv’s, 500 cc, four-wheel drive, color: camo green, Model# A04Ch50AA. Or equal proposals will not be accepted. All eight vehicles must be delivered by 29 Aug 03. If you cannot meet these delivery terms your quote will not be considered. All offers are due no later than Aug 14, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
