- Notice to offerors; funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFP either before or after the bid opening/RFP closing date This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is F14614-03-Q-0026. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-09. This requirement is restricted to small businesses. Request is to purchase 1/EA Trailer mounted high-pressure sewer cleanser. Gasoline engine (4-cylinder) w/700 gallon super-poly water tank system. Rotating safety hose reel w/600 ft x ¾ in sewer hose capacity, fill system, re-circulation system, control panel, steel shrouded edging/water pump compartment w/locking access doors, tandem axle w/electric brakes 2 5/16 in ball hitch, steel toolbox, I.C.C. lighting leader hose and standard nozzle and accessory package. To include all options and accessories on nozzle (as standard with each unit). Series II Model # 747-FR2000, Manufacturer: Sewer Equipment Co of America or equal. NAICS Code 562998.
