- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide commercial flooring on Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The materials and accessories to be furnished by the contractor shall be of the best available quality in accordance with the specifications outlined in this contract. The minimum requirements will consist of installation/removal of direct glue down carpet, indoor/outdoor carpet, carpet squares, carpet padding and floor preparation, vinyl floor tile, vinyl sheeting, cove base, wood base, baseboard and triimming doors. Requirements may increase as the site surveys are completed. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract with a basic year and four option years. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 5713, and the North American Industry Classification System code is 442210. Interested SB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but not later than 14 days after publication of this notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still required from all interested business concerns. Solicitation documents will be made available o/a 12 Jun 03.
