- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled SCIENTIFIC SERVICES AND RELATED SUPPORT FOR AIRBORNE TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPER (ATM) EXPERIMENTS, RFO5-14861-GBC, which was posted on July 23, 2003. In order to clarify the process by which the procurement will be conducted, you are notified that the following changes are made: Add the following sentence: THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE CONDUCTED AS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=CL&pin=51 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
