- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 11,492 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 9,993 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is April 28, 2004. New construction will also be considered. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded by NORTH: Forest Hill Rd. to I-75; SOUTH: MLK Dr. to Fifth St.: EAST; I-75 to I-16 to North Ave. to Coliseum Dr.; WEST: Fifth St. to Vineville St. to Forest Hill Rd. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 26 surfaced parking spaces on site or within 200 feet of building.
