- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to issue a sole source solicitation to LYNX Consulting Group, 410 Red Hill Drive, Broomall, PA for support of their Software modules installed at the Bureau of Medicine, Washington, DC. The NAIC Code is 541511, with a size standard of $21M. LYNX developed the Web mechanism software to allow access into the SMART Web database and has developed SMART Web software models to link Navy Medical information to DOD applications. The total proposed amount is estimated to be $1M per year with a base year and one option year. As previously stated, subject procurement is being issued as a sole source procurement, since LYNX Consulting Group has the sole capability and proprietary rights to modules installed in the SMART Web application program. The type of contract anticipated is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Time and Material contract. Solicitation number N65236-03-R-0456 applies. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Performance will be as required upon issuance of Task Orders under the contract. Performance shall be F.O.B. Destination. This notice under this synopsis will close on 18 August 2003 AT 2:00 PM ET.
