- Description
- Naval Hospital Charleston intends to procure on a Sole Source basis from Lanier Healthcare, LLC, Norcross, Georgia, a Guaranteed Maintenance Agreement and/or Software Maintenance Service and Support Agreement for the Lanier Voicewriter System. This commercial maintenance agreement is for equipment and software already competitively purchased from Lanier Healthcare. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposals or quotations. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the above referenced address (Attn:Karen Moore) by COB 08/11/2003. A complete solicitation document can be requested via e-mail request. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source or offerors are available and more advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is subject to the availability of FY 2004 funding.
