- NA U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201813R032 to furnish all effort and materials to construct 1,200 SF of additional office space. Work also includes site and utility work, concrete foundation, floor, walls, roof, doors, windows, refrigerated HVAC, and enhance existing HVAC in adjacent building, fixtures, enhance electrical and phone delivery system; and related miscellaneous. The project is located at San Andreas National Wildlife Refuge, Dona Ana County, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The estimated price magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The total performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. The solicitation will be available on or about August 20, 2003. Copies of the request for proposal package may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov .
