- NA Provide up to 40,000 tons of gravel and cobble materials with placement along the Half Moon Bay shoreline at Westport, WA. Work to be completed before winter storms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Project is set a side to Hubzone small business. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annua l average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
