- NA The contractor shall provide design/build services, personnel, management, equipment, transportation, and any other items and services not government furnished necessary to construct Building 2374. The construction of bldg. 2374 in the Combat Systems Compl ex shall include a structure approximately 3,200 sq. ft. in size. Construction shall be completed 6 months after notice to proceed. The construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 240 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for Full and Open Competition. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered in Central Contr actor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of contract.
