Description

NA U.S. Army, White Sands Missile Range intends to award, on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302.1, a requirements type contract to WV Communications Inc., 756-A Lakefield Rd, Westlake Village, Ca 91361. The requirement is for 1KW 370-450 MHz Solid Sta te High Power Amplifier Drawer with Dual Drivers and High Power Isolators and load. The HPA is a direct replacement items for the current High Power Amplifier in the Command Transmitter System (CTS). The CTS is proprietary and System Planning Corp. is th e original manufacturer. The period of performance will be for a three year period during which we estimate a requirement of 10 units for FY03; 9 units for FY04; and 7 units for FY05. No additional notifications of individual purchases will be provided. See Note 22 (any proposals must be received by 4:00 PM MST, 08 August 2003).
