- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F13EMS31420800 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Funding is not available at this time. If funding is not available by 30 Sep 2003 this solicitation will be canceled in its entirety. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) (v & vi) ) Kodak 14? X 17? Phosphor Imaging Plates Brand Name only. Line item 0001, Kodak catalog 100-8564. Qty. 150. (vii). Acceptance will be FOB destination to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506.)
