- Services for preventive and remedial maintenance, calibration, certification and repair of five each HP 9000 Mid Tier computer systems and network maintenance support services for the H5355A server system used to support PDMSS in Accordance with attached Statment Of Work and Hardware/software list. Please contact the Contracting Officer for a copy of the Statement Of work and Hardware/Software list by e-mail or by phone. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to performance specifications (SOW). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)97-26. NAICS Code 334113. Place of performance/FOB Robins AFB, GA. Service shall begin on 01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sept 2004.
