Description

LIQUID NITROGEN COATED PMT HOUSING The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). The proposed source is Products for Research, Inc in Danver, MA. The item being procured are (1) each, Liquid Nitrogen Coated PMT Housing for TYPE R943-02PMT, (1) each, Liquid Nitrogen Coated PMT Housing for TYPE C31034 and (3) each, Insulated Hose Assemblies for use with PFR Pressurized Transfer System. This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider any quotations received within (7) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
