- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12--Acquisition for Commercial Items and FAR 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Ruska Instrument Corporation, 10311 Westpark Drive, Houston, TX 77042. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334519 and the size standard is 500. This acquisition is unrestricted. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0100: High Pressure Pnuematic Pressure Controller, Range: 6000 psia full scale, Precision: 0.01% full scale, with RS-232 and IEEE-488 interface, NIST traceable calibration, manual power cord, P/N: 7310; CLIN 0101: Triple Scale Option for the 7310 providing 0.01% of 2000 psia, 0.01% of 4000 psia, and 0.01% of 6000 psia precision, P/N: 7310 Triple S; CLIN 0102: Lines and Fitting Kit, P/N: 7310-101; CLIN 0103: Cal Manager Software for Windows, P/N: 7000-CAL. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is 14 Aug. 2003. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, August 13, 2003. Responses should be submitted to: 2ND LT.
