- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii)The solicitation number is F55SFS32100100 and is being issued as a request for quotation.(iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14.(iv)Notice: The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238190 with a size standard not to exceed $12,000,000.00. (v)Contract line items are numbered 0001 to 0004 (see attached RFQ)for Hedghog Barriers.(vi)Description of requirements for items to be acquired ? Hedghog Barriers (see attached RFQ).(vii)FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is 330 TANKER TRAIL STE 130 MINOT AFB, ND 58704.(viii)The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.(ix)The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ?Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors.(x)Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer (see attachments).(xi)Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
