- Description
- Provide General Surgery Services for VA Medical Center, Manchester, NH. Surgeon(s) shall be available continuosly (24hors/day, 7days/week) for surgical consultation at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), Manchester NH for VA patients who are already hospitalized at CMC or require emergency transfer to CMC from VAMC Manchester. Surgeon(s) would also be available for surgical evaluation of patients in their office, during regular office hours, when emergency evaluation is not needed. Surgeon(s) shall be board certified in general surgery and hold admitting and Surgical privileges at CMC, Manchester. In consideration for agreeing to terms of the contract, provider will be offered an administrative fee. Also, surgeon(s) will be entitled to bill VA fee basis, at prevailing Medicare rates, for services rendered to VA beneficiaries. This contract will consist of one base year and two option years.
