- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source contract to establish and operate a Navigation Center and Satellite Learning Center network through MG Taylor Corp. This notice is to inform the public that a contract will be negotiated with the above named contractor pursuant to authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(Only one responsible and no other supplies and services will satisfy agent requirement). This procurement shall include the MG Taylor-designed and patented creative work processes, training resources and learning processes. Market research conducted by the Contracting Officer indicates that no other Navigation Center/Satellite Learning Centers can meet this requirement. Prospective contractors shall provide proof that they can meet this requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than August 21, 2003 at 4:30pm EST local time. Documents shall be mailed to the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141 or via e-mail at James.Gates@med.va.gov.
