This project requires stand density management through the process of removing trees to meet the spacing requirements; slash treatment, and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. The project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District, Willamette National Forest. Item No. 1 ? 337 acres 40 calendar days, Item No. 2 ? 245 acres 30 calendar days, and Item no. 3 ? 243 acres 30 calendar work days. Estimated start work for all three items is October 6, 2003.
