This requirement was initially solicited as a small purchase under SP0416-03-Q-LP55. Quantity was increased. FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance at destination. Solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. NO TECHNICAL DATA EXISTS FOR THIS NSN, ONLY THE CITED MANUFACTURERS' PART NUMBERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
