- IQC03206007165; SP074003R6032; Approved p/n?s are as follows: 1095-01-318-8964 (cage 95692) p/n 120020-4; No data is available; Annual demand quantity for this NSN is 900 each; Various quantities will be delivered to various locations; Requested FOB and inspection and acceptance is at origin; This NSN requires product verification testing, ISO 9002 tailored, first article testing (FAT), production lot testing (PLT) and contract requirements list (1423?s); The government first article requirement is for a quantity of 8 each. The delivery address for the first article is Dayton T. Brown Attention : Bill Casey 555 Church Street Bohemia, NY 11716; It is requested that the FAT quantities be delivered within 90 days. The testing will take the government 90 days. The FAT quantities are in addition to the production quantities; The production lot testing requirement is for a quantity of 10 each. The delivery address for the PLT is Dayton T. Brown Attention : Bill Casey 555 Church Street Bohemia, NY 11716; It is requested that the PLT quantities be delivered within 90 days after FAT approval. The testing will take the government 60 days.
