Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contracts Office, Washington Navy Yard, intends to issue solicitation and negotiate a contract, on a sole source basis iaw FAR Subpart 6.302-2, with Composite Factory, Inc., 31 Northern Avenue, Plattsburg, NY 12909, for the design, development , testing and fabrication of a prototype Transportable Anti-Intrusion Boat, Barrier System (TABBS) that provides deterrent barriers for Naval vessels. See Numbered Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 01-AUG-2003.
