- TER-9A Triple Ejector Rack Appl. F-16 Solicitation F09603-03-R-40619. Anticipated solicitation issue date will be 21 Mar 2003 and anticipated response date will be 30 days thereafter, e.g. 21 Apr 2003. National Stock Number (NSN) 1095-01-454-9859 TER-9A Triple Ejector Rack. P/N 93104917-801. Applicable to F-16 Aircraft. Dimensions 67"L, 15"W, 16"H, Function: Provides the attachment to the aircraft armament support pylon, suspension, control & ejection of stores from practice bombs to stores up to 1000 Lbs. Government Furnished Material will be furnished in accordance with Purchase Description. Materials: Various. Basic quantity is 181 each. First Article is required which may be expended in testing.. Three annual options apply with quantities of 1-200 per year. Delivery schedule is anticipated to be Feb 2004 or as specified in the solicitation. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation and solicitation will be posted at this website on or about the date set forth above or as amended. The anticipated award date is 30 Apr 2003. Note 26 applies. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC (1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current, approved DD Form 2345 with their request for solicitation. To request this certification, write to the Commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC-FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of Department of Defense Form 2345 or call DLSC at the above number. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restrictions, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g., if this is a small-business set-aside, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors). Solicitation will be issued to: Marvin Engineering Co, Inglewood CA, and EDO Corp, N Amityville NY. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation.
