- Description
- The US Government, TACOM-ARDEC, intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Kigre, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). This effort is for the design, development, fabrication and test support of a Breech Mounted Laser System (BMLIS) for use with the Future Combat System's (FCS) 155mm Non Line of Sight Cannon (NLOS-C). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Notes 22 and 26.
