- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RECONFIGURABLE TRANSCEIVER AND SOFTWARE DEFINED RADIO ARCHITECTURE FOR NASA SPACE COMMUNICATIONS, RFO3-03-C3K-006 which was posted on August 1, 2003. You are notified of the following clarifications: The offer proposal due date is clarified to be September 16, 2003. In addtion, reference is made to the Request for Information entitled RFI-Transceiver which was synopsized March 21, 2003. See NASA GRC Business Opportunities for this RFI. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
