- U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is interested in leasing office space and related space in Freeport, NY, for a ten-year firm term. The space must consist of approximately 18,600 square feet of rentable space, yielding 15,400 ? 16,170 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must not be on more than two contiguous floors with approximately 85% of the total space located on one floor. The delineated area is bounded on the north by Stanton Avenue/Prince Avenue; on the east by North Main Street to Randall Avenue to Harding Place to Broadway to Henry Street; on the south by Merrick Road; and on the west by Grand Avenue. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space must accompany submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property.
