- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the USMC negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Motorola for a mobile data radio system to include all radios, equipment and services in support of the system. System must interface with Govt owned Motorola Smartnet II trunked Radio Network. All Radios & upgraded equipment must be supported by existing Motorola System as well as be compliant with Project 25 defined data capabilities. NAICS 513111 with a size standard of $5.0 mil. This sole source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This purchase will be made using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of the Test Program for Commercial Items (FAR 13.5).
