- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to post a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an A-76 Commercial Activity (CA) Study for industry comments on or about Monday 04 August 2003. The PWS is for the acquisition of Training Development Support (TD&S) services in the areas of student management, curriculum management, evaluation management, instructional management, education management, contract management and instructors for the Naval Personnel Development Command (NPDC) Headquarters located in Norfolk, Virginia and their detachments in various locations within the United States. The applicable NAICS Code is 541611. The Draft PWS will be available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil.
