- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to post a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an A-76 Commercial Activity (CA) Study for industry comments on or about Friday 01 August 2003. The PWS is for the acquisition of personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform the food service and materiel services for the Great Lakes and New England Area Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The applicable NAICS Code is 722310. The Draft PWS will be available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil.
