- Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and updates for McCabe proprietary licenses from McCabe and Associates, 9861 Broken Land Parkway 4th Floor, Columbia MD 21046. McCabe is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this software and holds proprietary rights in data providing support of McCabe software. The NAICS Code is 541511 with a size standard of $18 million. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract for a 12-month period ending 30 September 2004. FOB destination shall apply Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is N00178-03-Q-1044. This procurement is DO priority rated. Anticipated award by 01 October 2003. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY.
