- The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to the Recreational Transit Program, Mountain Recreation and Conservation Authority, to provide bus transportation from schools located in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties to Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area to attend curriculum based education programs in accordance with Public Law 106-291 and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements.
