- This is a notification of the intent of the Bureau of Land Management to award a modification of the sole source purchase order under the simplified acquisition procedures for the purchase of services to prepare a detailed National Right- of- Way (ROW) Program statistical data obtained from the BLM LR2000 Lands Recordation computer system. The report will outline the various ROW activies and work accomplishments for the current Fiscal Year 2003 and the past two years. The report will include photographs provide by WO-350, tables outlining the work accomplishments and narrative information pertaining to the individual activities.
