Description
NA Sources are sought for firms that can provide the following requirements as well as existing contracting vehicles, such as Blanket Purchase Agreements, GSA Federal Supply Schedules, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, or Requirements Contracts in whic h we can purchase the following radio systems, inclusive of installation and repair. An approved Justification and Approval is on file in the Contracting Division that allows only Motorola, Kenwood, and ICOM radio systems. All interested sources are to submit their capability, capacity, interest, and ability to provide these systems by email or facsimile machine to Rosalind Whitfield, Contract Specialist: Tel: (816) 983- ; Fax: (816) 426-5777. The technical Point of contact for this requir ement is Rich Miller, Information Support Branch, at (816) 983-3428. Radio systems will be used for services at field offices located in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. This information is being used as market research to determine the availability of firms that provide these specific radio systems, inclusive of installation and repair, as well as existing contract vehicles that are available for rapid procurement. The f ollowing meet the minimum requirements to satisfy current Department of Army, NTIA and Department of Defense requirements for land mobile radio systems. All radio equipment items will utilize narrowband technologies. Other manufactures or brands are not authorized due to specific requirements within NTIA for Military and Federal Government Spectrum Certification. HANDHELD/PORTABLE RADIOS. ICOM 320S02 ICOM 32054 MOTOROLA MCS series MOTOROLA CDM mobiles KENWOOD TK-790H series BASE RADIOS. USE MOBILE RADIO MODELS AND ORDER IN BASE STATION CONFIGURATION REPEATER RADIOS. ICOM FR 4000 MOTOROLA MTR 2000 KENWOOD TK-740-2
