Description

NA The work and services to be performed consists of removal or partial removal of four existing railroad bridges. Reconstruct two existing single-track bridges. Construct a new double track bridge, including widening the track bed approach. Construction c onsists of structural steel and concert, pre-cast pre-stressed concrete panels, H-piles, drilled piers and close coordination with the Railroad. All track work and timber decking will be performed by the Railroad. Contractor will also perform channel excavation beneath bridges. Solicitations will be issued on or about August 25, 2003. Bids will be opened on or about October 07, 2003. Estimated cost of proposed procurement: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Estimated time of completion: 460 calendar days. NAICS Code: 23412.
