- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is DAHA11-03-T-0013 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and cl auses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. Award of this solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Ind ustry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562111 and the small business size standard is $10,500,000. The SIC code is 4212. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The 182d Airlift Wing is soliciting quotations for Refuse Collecti on Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 30 Jul 03. The period of performance for the initial period is one (1) year starting 01 October 2003 and ending 30 September 2004 with an option to extend the contract by a n additional four (4) one-year periods subsequently. Award will be made to the offeror, which is most advantageous to the government. The following areas will be evaluated: Technical Capability, Pas t Performance, and Price, reference FAR Subpart 52.212-2.
