Description

NA Roofing at Fort Carson, and Shriever Air Force Base, Colorado. The period of performance is estimated to be 1 year from the date of award with a possibility of four option periods. Areas of Performance is Fort Carson, CO and Shriever Air Force Base, Colo rado. The contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The estimated maximum magnitude of this project to include option years is estimated NTE between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 A Request for Proposals will be issued. The requirement is set aside 100% for eligible 8(a) concerns in the State of Colorado. The small business size standard for this acquisition is $12.0 Million; NAICS Code: 238390. Requests for this solicitation must either be faxed to Sarah Mehlen beck at (719) 526-6622 or emailed to Sarah.Mehlenbeck@carson.army.mil, providing business name, size, e-mail address, Point of Contact, phone number, Duns Code and Cage Code for the purpose of establishing a list of interested offerors in the event that th e government websites are not accessible. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award. The solicitation will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry website https:/ /acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. The anticipated issue date of this Request for Proposals is on or about 22 August 2003 with the anticipated response date being on or about 22 September 2003.
