Gibson DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a paper copy of the solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F61358-03-T-0067 is hereby issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts and transportation to and from job site to provide Planer, attachment, 14? The U.S. government will not be held liable for any delays or breach of contract caused by refusal of the Turkish Air Force to grant a gate pass to a contractor.
