Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation notice. Scott AFB IL has a requirement for a DPS VelocityQ Turnkey Uncompressed System (Or Equal) and associated equipment In Accordance With the Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This action will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 423410 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The successful contractor will be selected based on the best value for the Government. An integrated assessment will be used, considering technical approach, past performance, and price. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package which is anticipated to be 5 August 2003. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. NOTE: The response date cited above is an estimate, not an actual. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. A Site Visit has been tentatively been planned for 12 August?actual date/time/place will be posted in the solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, or does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
