- TO REPLACE HEATING SYSTEM FOR WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE. NAICS Code 238220, Size Standard $12.0 Million. The proposed acquisition is from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with replacing heating system of facility 30143. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The attached solicitation documents are made available for potential subcontractors, and are not intended for the basis of competition or negotiation with any company other than the selected sole source. This proposed contract action is for the replacement of heating system facility for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 5.202 section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is AIRSTREAM and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this synopsis.
