Add the following: Bidders should propose any mission unique launch costs to: The contractor is expected to provide experiment plans and proposed mission CONOPS, data analysis to verify performance, and command and control software for spacecraft operation. The due date of 8 Sep 03 remains unchanged as a result of this modification.
