- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL plans to award a Sole source, Firm-Fixed priced contract to The F.O.D. Control Corp, 8987 East Tongue Verde Rd, Tucson AZ 85749-9399, Tel No. 1-800-425-8363, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333999, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The reference number is F33AMX32060100, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for: 4-each, F.O.D. Boss Sweeper Assembly, Part number BOSS-8 package. The Sweeper assembly includes the following: R-Boss-6, FOD BOSS Sweeper Mat, CSB-4 Carry/Storage Bag, OM-5 Operators manual, HE-10 Hitch Extender, SRTH-2 Safety Release Tow Hitch, TA-7 Hitch (for use with standard 2? tow hitch set up), and PHA-1 Pintle Hook Adapter. The assembly package is utilized to sweep foreign object debris from aircraft operating area to insure debris does not get into the aircraft. The equipment is to be delivered FOB Destination at Eglin AFB, Florida, 30 days after award of contract. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
