- Project will include first floor finishes upgrade, second floor patient dining room flexible partition and finishes upgrade, installation of overhead lights in patient rooms on floors 2 & 3. Also dementia ward will be reconfigured to increase patient bedrooms for adjacent patient ward 2W. Completion time - 90 calendar days. NAICS Code 236220 applies. Est. cost range $250,000-$500,000. Requests for solicitation must be on company letterhead accompanied by a $50.00 non-refundable check/money order payable to the Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
