- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the glazing in Building 200 and cover the Courtyard in Building 77 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 238150 and the size standard is $12.0 Million. Bid packages will be available on or about August 11, 2003. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 28, 2003 at 10:00 AM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend. Bid opening is September 12, 2003 at 3:30 PM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, Mountain Home, TN.
