- Description
- Veterans Administration, VISN 22, has a requirement for the San Diego (3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161) and Greater Los Angeles (11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073) Healthcare Facilities to award a service contract for Fixture Drains / Grease Interceptors and grease trap service and drain maintenance in various areas of the facilities. Period of this contract shall be from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four option year periods ending September 30, 2008. Qualified businesses wishing to receive a copy of the solicitation must submit their request in writing with complete company name, address, telephone number, Fax number, and point of contact. All proposals received by 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time, 29 August 2003, will be considered by the Government. Both mail and FAX request must be to the attention of Larry R. Facey, Contracting Officer at address or Fax listed above.
