- Description
- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana has a requirement for sodium chloride rock salt, Type I water conditioner grade, in accordance with A-694B, dtd 6/22/83 and ANSI/AWWA, B-200-78. Contract shall include delivery. The contract period will be for one (1) year from contract award, with up to four (4) one year renewal options, if exercised. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. NAICS code is 212393, size standard is 500. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The solicitation document will be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamms.va.gov. on or about August 15, 2003. All other request shall be submitted in writing, via fax at 317/554-0200 or e-mail to susan.hargett@med.va.gov. Verbal request will not be accepted. Offers are due on or before September 15, 2003, 4:30PM local time.
