- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling services in the Fort Dodge, Iowa area for the Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (NAICS Code 621420) of male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year period to begin on October 1, 2003. The services required for this contract include: Year One Period: October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004. Estimated Number of Inmates 3. (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); 30-minute Individual Counseling Sessions 24 Individual units x 3 inmates = 72 total units; 30 -minute Group Counseling Sessions 72 Group Units x 3 inmates = 216 total units, The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work, dated November 16, 1999. The estimated closing date is o/a September 2, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offeror which will be considered by this Agency. The RFQ 200-001-4-NC will be posted o/a August 15, 2003.
